Me and JJ floated the Alsea today... Not much vim, may be enduring missed a twosome palm downs. Both caught a scattering nice trout... and I got the biggest steelhead I've caught to trendy! It was almost certainly 14-15lbs... possibly more??? Nightmare jig kills... essential to go for more of them..
It was even now a extremely enjoyment age even if we didn't receive to bring any fish home. Mill creek to Campbell is a very gracious drift. Fully a few boats. We started exposed as the 3rd knockabout in, ended up the model boat. People were racing to be involved in down the river, passing up lots of high-minded water. Two neat guys that were next to mould and very recently vanguard of us did pretty rise, but other than that I didn't see anyone with any fish. Defenately not ardent by any means. Expectantly in a handful weeks it will pick up. |
